Hux Agency is a small Shopify agency from Zurich. We design and build online stores and websites for Swiss brands. You work directly with us, without any layers in between, in German.

• You systematically test stores by hand on real devices before go-live.
• You check navigation, search, filters, variants, cart, discount codes, checkout, payments, shipping, customer accounts, forms, translations, currencies, cookie banners and mobile usability.
• You document bugs in clear reports in German: steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, device, operating system, browser, priority and a screenshot or video.
• You retest fixed bugs.

• Extensive experience in manually testing online stores
• Your own devices: at least one iPhone, one Android smartphone and one desktop with several browsers
• Very good German for reports and communication
• A sharp eye for functional bugs, display issues and usability hurdles
• You test yourself: AI generated results or automated scans do not replace the review
• Ideally experience with Shopify

• Project based assignments with the prospect of regular collaboration
• Fully remote
• A direct line to the management
• EUR 20 to 35 per hour or a flat fee per go-live test including retest

Send us your device list with model, operating system and browsers, plus an anonymized bug report from a previous project. Selected candidates complete a paid trial test in a test store, including report and retest.
